El Paso County and Tri-Lakes Enterprise Zone

Effective January 1, 2016, 80% of the Tri-Lakes Region’s commercial properties will be included in a Colorado Enterprise Zone, which provides tax credits and incentives to current business within these zones, as well as, businesses relocating within a zone.
